Defected evaporator coil added 4pounds system under warranty will replace system recharged until new coil comes in
Technician Ricardo worked on an upflow r22 r22 refrigerant system.... condenser located on rooftop.. hatch located near the outside stairs w/ attic stairs & found leak at suction line shut off valve cap added leaklock to the threads added 1lbs r22 everything inside looked brandnew...lol....but otherwise system cooling back to normal....ready 4 summer
Cooling check on a down flow r22 unit ....water washed condenser ....cleaned out all the ants in her electronics.... changed the 20 X 25 X 4 filter ...the blower and coils were clean ...drains were cleared and summer treated with bleach tablets ....has a variable speed blower and the temperature drop across the equipment was 20 degrees.... no issues were found other than the ants ....system is ready for summer
